Shipping & Handling Time Frame:
Our shipping & handling time frame for all orders made in the United States is 5-7 business days.
- Shipping & handling time frame for international orders is 13-21 business days.
- Handling time will vary depending upon merchandise inventory, credit approval, holidays, weather conditions, and delivery destinations.
Because all of our products are made to order and hand printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our items at this time. All sales are considered final, with the following exceptions. You may return or exchange an item(s) upon the following conditions:

Wrong Item Delivered
Here at Faith Prints, we go to great lengths to make sure all of our products are delivered in perfect condition before shipping them out to you. Therefore, in the event you received a damaged or defective item, you have 14 days upon receiving your item(s), to return it back to us. Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your package with a picture of the damaged or defective item. Faith Prints will issue you a refund or exchange pending, item(s) is returned in the same condition it was received. Returns will not be processed if an item(s) is soiled, washed, or used.
Faith Prints will refuse a refund or exchange for any merchandise returned, without a proof of purchase, used, and all tags or labels are removed.
Faith Prints is not responsible for return shipping costs, you must pay your own postage and return your items as instructed below.
Return Policy For Custom Orders: Please note we do not offer returns on customized items as they are considered specialty made to order items.
Faith Prints is not liable for loss or damages of packages by postal services. As we do not have control over shipping carriers. In the event of this happening, please contact your local post office directly. We are not responsible for refunds or to re-send orders under these circumstances.
To Return an Item Back:
Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your invoice number, within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Place items in their original packaging, with all tags & labels attached.
- Attach and fill out the Return Form included in the e-mail sent back to you, and indicate a reason for your return.
- Faith Prints is not responsible for return shipping costs, you must pay your own postage and return your items to the address below.
Faith Prints will processed a return, upon package arrival to our Returns Department. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we have processed your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed and be credited back to your account.
Faith Prints does not assume responsibility for a refund, in the event a return package is delivered to the wrong address provided by a customer or is lost/stolen by a mail carrier. Please refer to our Lost/Stolen Packages section of our Return Policy for more details.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return policy.
Faith Prints will only accept exchanges due to factory defects, or wrong delivered items. We will refuse an exchange or return, if an item(s) is shipped back to us without any-proof of purchase, the item(s) is used, soiled, washed, and all labels or tags are removed.
To Exchange a Factory-Defective Item or Wrong Item Delivered:
Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com, within 3 days of receiving your package, with your invoice number and a picture of damaged or defective item.
- Return the item in its original packaging conditions, and fill out the Exchange Section of the Return Form included in the e-mail sent you.
- Be sure to attach your invoice as proof of purchase and return your item(s) to this address.
Faith Prints will processed an exchange upon package arrival to our Exchanges Department. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we have processed your exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges to be processed completely.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Faith Prints is not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address provided by a customer, or lost/stolen packages by mail carriers. Please be sure to include the correct mailing address before you place an order or return an item back to us, as we will not processed a return or a refund for wrong address deliveries, or lost/stolen packages via mail. Faith Prints will refuse a return when fraud is suspected.
All orders are tracked with a tracking number and notified of delivery. If a package is notified by mail carrier as delivered, we considered the order as fulfilled. You are responsible to contact the mail carrier for any address changes, lost or stolen packages.
